1. Ph.D. in Bio-Technology with specialization in peptide synthesis from Council of Scientific & Industrial Research, New Delhi, India. About 20 years experience in Cosmetics research and Product Development. Operation management of manufacturing factory,”Indus Cosmeceuticals”.
2. Speaker in Hair Colour Global Forum 2007 as Natural Hair Colour specialist. Member of many Societies nationally and internationally.
3. Post Graduate in Organic Chemistry from Delhi University of India.
4. Lectured on Cosmetics and Hair Dye Research both nationally and internationally.
5. The credit of training hundreds of entrepreneurs in India and internationally. Many of them are successfully running their factories across the globe from Africa to England to Europe to Asia and Middle East.
6. On the editorial board of the Institute of Natural and Cosmetech’s Books, Directories and Newspaper and has authored several publications on the topic of Cosmetics.

Originally graduated at the marketing and management university of Belgrade, she started the carrier with management and general coordination of important international artists in cinematographic and musical industry in France (Jean Reno, Omar Sharif, Supertramp, Fleetwood Mac and many others). Aleksandra Zmiric, EMEA Marketing Development Manager for Personal Care within the BU Industrial&Consumer Specialties, joined Clariant in April 2016. Prior to this, she held different roles in cosmetic industry such as Product Manager for cosmetic and active ingredients and R&D Manager – Cosmetic formulator. Aleksandra holds MSc in Chemistry from the University of Belgrade.
We are facing the era of Sustainable Living with the objective to reduce an individual’s and society’s use of Earth’s natural resources. It includes reduction of carbon footprint by altering methods of transportation, energy consumption, water saving, product recycle and diet. This translated to cosmetic industry, brings us inevitably to create intelligent formulations and innovative types of products. Specifically referring to shower & bath products, we can expect refillable bottles, solid and pasty formulations with low water content, small formats – less packaging, concentrated formulations and non-rinse products or quick-rinsing products.

Maryna Tsybenko graduated the chemical engineering faculty from National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute», where she is a first-year Ph.D. student now. She is an author of more than five scientific articles. Within the last years Maryna Tsybenko has working in cosmetics industry. She is engaged in raw material testing process, creation of formulation and technical customer`s support.

Ekaterina Kapitonenkova is the Technical Application Specialist of Beauty & Clean BU at Bang & Bonsomer Group. Company recently set up Technical Application center to give better technical support to customer – develop concepts and formulations for local market needs and find customized solutions to each customer.
Ekaterina has a solid background in the field of Personal care formulation and technology, with extensive expertise in successful product launches within Russian company Faberlic and German company Symrise where she was Application Technologist. Ekaterina holds Specialist diploma of a bioorganic synthesis and cosmetics engineering degree. Currently she is undergoing Master’s Programme “Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation” from the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Ekaterina Kapitonenkova is located at Bang & Bonsomer’s. Technical Application Center in Moscow, Russian.
